Site Inspector Engineer ( Architectural, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, Survey AAW Consulting Engineers

1- Make sure that any activity has an approved shop drawing, method statement, quality control procedure, and inspection and test plan. 
2- Carry out all inspections as per the intervention points marked in the inspection and test plan.
3- Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice, approved shop drawings and only approved materials are used. 
4- Ensure that all relevant tests are performed and test results meet the Project requirement. 
5- Make sure that Contractor’s personnel are using the latest revision for approved shop drawings, method statement, quality control procedure and inspection and test plan. 
6- Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a non-conformance report, reviewed by his line supervisor. 
7- Preparation of daily reports 
8- Participate in reviewing the relevant As-Built drawings. 
9- Participate in final inspection of work and preparation of Punch List.

Skills

B. Sc. From a recognized university in the field of the discipline. Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in supervision of large housing projects. Member of Professional Syndicate/Organization. Previous Experience for similar Projects of the value equal or above 500million SR preferable in the gulf. 
Should have experience in construction supervision and following up the execution according to the approved shop drawings, specifications and required tests. Should have experience in the field of quality systems and safety measures to be implemented in the execution of the project.
